Why do you hear the term "Brokers are better"?

So often times in this industry I have heard the phrase "Brokers are better", but what does that really mean?

Allow me to explain:

1. When you use a broker you, on average, save almost $10,000 over the life of the loan. In simple terms, we are cheaper!

 2. We have the ability to close within 30 days, most of the time between 14-28 days.  Most lenders, on average, close between 30-45 days.

3. Brokers help you comparison shop by looking at multiple different lenders to find you the best rate and best investor.

4. When you work with us we work on your loan from start to finish.  I give you my direct Cell phone number and allow you to reach out at anytime with any questions you might have.  No 1-800 numbers, no cooperate numbers, no passing you off to others.

5. Just like real estate agents, we work FOR you!  We don't get paid on anything unless you become a successful home owner by the loan closing.

6. Our volume is much less than big retail lenders so we are able to consistently be with you during the loan process.  We build rapport and enjoy being apart of your journey and helping you achieve the goals you have in mind.

These are just a handful of the most common reasons as to why they say "Brokers are better".
