NINJA loans or loans with no income…
Anyone have any information on these type of loans? I want to start investing but struggling with where to start. My credit scores are pretty good and I have some money saved up for a down payment but no recent job history. I have an almost 3 year old, been a stay at home mom and before that owned an adult medical day care with family that was sold in 2017. Any ideas for me ?
