New Construction Loan
Hello everyone! I currently am 20 years old and am a college student. I own one property and am looking to build a single family dwelling. This will most likely be a 3 bed 2 bath. I currently work for a very large home builder and have a lot of experience in building single family homes. I am looking for ways to finance the construction of this property while looking to put down 5-10% as a down payment. Any advice on how to find someone his financing would be greatly appreciated!
