Does anybody in the Buffalo area have any

recommendations / previous experience with local

banks or credit unions on cash out refinance for investment property ?

Looking to take some equity out of my duplex.

    @Ferry Vendy  Tompkins of Castille is a good local bank to work with, so is Bank on Buffalo.  We also work with a lot of mortgage brokers locally.

    Hey Ferry! Hope all is well. Were you looking to do this full doc or lite doc? There is a DSCR program that is 40 yr fixed, and it can qualify you based on your rental income, credit score, and property ownership history.

    I’m trying to get a conventional Freddie/Fannie 30 years loan.

    I have good W2 job and great credit score.
