Hey Bigger Pockets!

Have any of you dabbled into Seller Financing and if so how did you convince the seller and come to an agreement- what where the terms?

I know David Greene (of BiggerPockets lore) said on a podcast recently, that a good approach is to ask the seller if they had discussed the advantages of seller financing with their CPA.  The key is for the seller to see the advantages of tax consequence as part of the deal.

I like this approach, and cant wait to use it, because it seems it whets the sellers appetite to a strategy that may seem initially unnecessary, but has untapped benefits in a seller's market.
