10% down for investment properties

Hi! I have some capital for investments, but limited by the amount of deals I can do. I have found lenders that can do DSCR loans with 15% down (85% LTV) 30 yr fixed with a higher interest rate (high, but not terribly high). I am looking for suggestions on how I can do deals with residential investment properties but with 10% down at 90% LTV.

I typically use a buy and hold strategy.

Are there any recommendations or suggestion that we can share in this forum?
