Currently in the market for an SFR Portfolio loan. My portfolio consists of 20 SFR rentals that are all free and clear. The total portfolio is valued at $1.1mm.

Please let me know what you guys have experienced when going through this process. What banks/Cu's should I go with? What terms should I expect to get? Any info would be helpful. Thank you.
