Private Money lending on Subject to Properties
Let’s say If i have to Put 20-50% down on a Subject to Deal do PML will lend?
I’m thinking not because there is a Already a Primary Lien( Mortgage).
can one Property have Multiple Liens? like if the property is Worth $100k and there is already a Mortgage for $80k, and If I’m doing Subject to and Seller asks me to put 20%, do PML will lend me $20k as Down pay?

Of course it's possible to leverage 100%. It's just not likely that you will find a lender willing to take the risk with you if there isn't some additional value there
