Anyone knows a good HELOC source now in CA?

Hi all,

Does anyone know a good source of HELOC loan in CA? My experience is with the pandemic, a lot of the old heloc sources (banks and brokers) are not doing HELOC anymore.


Would love to get a recommendation. Looking to do a HELOC on a duplex for major renovation/expansion.
