Mortgage recalled by lender due to Quitclaim Deed?
So I was talking to an attorney that specializes in RE about LLC and Quit claim deed transfers. He was telling me that the chances of a lender recalling a loan are very, very low from his personal experience.
Post about your personal experience, how many people had performed a Quit claim Deed to transfer their mortgaged property to an LLC and ran into issue with their lender? Trying to get a "real world" feel as we all know there are plenty of hearsay scary stories out there.
