Refinance - Convert 15 year to 30 Year Loan for Duplex

Just wondering if this makes sense to refinance my duplex.

current loan is 5.5 %  (200,000 balance) monthly payments $1650

I will probably sell the duplex in 7 to 10 years.

Does it make sense to refinance to a 30 year loan and greatly lower my monthly payments ($950) since Im probably selling in 7-10 years anyways.
