Cash-out refi - need lender with good terms
Interested in possibly switching lenders. Current lender wants $2100 in origination fees on a $135k loan. Interest rate is 3.625% for 30 years. This is non-owner-occupied and being done through personal (not business) with lots of income and excellent credit.
I've asked to lower origination fees, even if that drives interest up a hair that's fine. But I can't get a response in a week...I'd like a lender who is reach-able if I have a question and who is interested in my business.

The origination they are asking for isn't much. If it's a refinance, that's definitely not much, considering it'll come out of the proceeds.
