Should I refinance?
Currently have 5.6 interest rate 30 years. My property assessment went up and now I am considering refinancing.
Bought for $80000
new Assessment 90000
Paid down to 72000.
I have excellent credit and now would have 20 equity.
1. Would refinancing make sense? If I got a rate under 4%
2. Any other ideas are ALL welcome.
Thanks in advance!!!
