Hello.

I havent owned a personal home in two years so I am looking into getting one now.

I have excellent credit (over 800) so I am trying to find the lowest rate with minimal fees.  I have only looked at a couple of banks. They seem to be over 3% and have a lot of fees.

So any suggestions on banks?

Thanks
