Need advice, concerning certain questions to ask.
Hello want to say first I am a first time home buyer. However, I am interested in checking all options with selecting the correct loans that work for me. I do have a mortgage loan consultant and he does have a pre-qualification letter in place for me and has also set me up with his realtor. Today we have seen and loved one house we have considered to put an offer in however, we want to also for our own personal reasonings check out the other option out because we may not want to live there for more than 3 to 5 years. Also I have not signed or agreed to anything as of yet yes they have sent the buyers agreement but I have not returned. Is there an option to get my pre-qualification from the mortgage guy and just have that available to look into other options if so how would I go about starting that conversation? Also the owner is out of state how does that play in?
Thank you all in advance for your help all info is great!!
