Home Mortgages for Rentals
I am in the military and live in base housing which is rent. I am buying my first rental property and I am getting interest rates around 3.75%(investment property rate) when I could be getting 2.8%(primary home rate). Is there a way that a rental property can be considered a primary home to receive the lowest rates possible?
