HELPPP!! Cash Purchase/Hard Money Loan

Jordan Wonder
Posted

I'm in the process of purchasing a property with cash and I would of had a partner fund and do the renovations. Due to illness my partner had to back out the deal and now I'm scrambling to try and figure out how to finance the rehab. So now all my cash is in the deal and I'm wanting to switch and using funding for the deal as the circumstances have change, however I'm not sure if it's possible at this stage to switch from cash to financing as a contract has just been signed and the closing process started today. Is it possible to get a hard money loan to cash out what I paid to purchase the property and get money for rehab?
