Memphis, TN lender for 4 unit FHA loan?

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone knows or could recommend a lender in Memphis who can do a FHA loan on a 4 plex in Memphis, TN. Getting alot who say they will only do a duplex with fha.

I'd try Rosemarie Fair at Brighton Bank, Santiago Mejia at Community Mortgage, and Todd Ellis at Mortgage Investors Group.  They're all local and work with investors all the time.  Plus, they're all three first class folks.
