va loan
Hi,
I applied for a va loan recently but for some reason the mortgage officer is charging old rates for va funding fees and interest rates which are higher than the new rates. The rates are supposed to be effective on loan closing starting nov 18 2011. Will I be locked in the rates if I purchase the house after nov 18?
