Are there any lenders out there that will do loans for the delayed financing strategy under 60k?

@Jeremy Wirths I've been working with Mr. Kidd and I pushed him shawnhuss.com with Chemical Bank. They do not have a minimum loan amount for either of their cash out refi products. 30yr fixed delayed financing is at 5.75 as of yesterday. This is the only lender I've been able to find thus far.
