Hey BP - I'm currently shopping for mortgage pre-approvals in the Philadelphia area for a small multi-family (2-4 units). Does anyone have experience in this area and have any bank(s) or broker recommendations?

Thanks for the mention @Scott D Burrows.  @Joshua Kleiman it sounds like you have a recommendation above but I would just suggest to post this in the Pennsylvania forum really.  That way some local people might be able to make some suggestions as well.  Just a thought.  Thanks!
