Mortgage Assumption by an LLC

Does anyone know the process/feasibility of transferring an existing personal mortgage to a newly created LLC. The goal would be to maintain personal responsibility for the loan, however, the transfer would allow the LLC to build equity to complete future Real Estate projects.
