New Investor question
Hello, I have read multiple real estate investing books and I would like to start investing in 2 SFH or 1 triplex as rental properties. I've been trying to get financing for my investment plans but the problem I get is that banks are looking at my 2 year of taxes and because of my high deductions, I can show only about 2500$ as my monthly income. the real income I get in my bank account for the previous 12 months is 54004$, which is 4500 a month. The bills that I have are a car loan 450 a month, and a student loan, 100 a month. thats it. Mortgage payment of 1490 a month that I currently have, will be switched with a 1200 rent payment, because I am selling the house this month.
I am able to provide a 20% down payment as well,I will have around 50k.
I would like to know if any investor would be interested to finance me for my investing plans, what is the maximum amount they would lend and also what will be the interest rate.
My credit score is great.
also, I would like to know if anyone has any rental property investment opportunities in Portland, Oregon.
Thanks,
Roman
