Partnership Arrangement (Help Needed)

All, 

I am gearing up to submit an offer on my first deal. I have the deal and I have my partner. What I am looking for some legal help with putting together an agreement for my partner and I. Does anyone have any advice or a general template that they like to follow when setting up partnerships?

Also if there is anyone in the Ann Arbor, or southeast Michigan area that has a good real estate lawyer they could recommend that would be greatly appreciated.
