Private Lending in Arkansas

I am new to the business and looking to invest in both flips and rental properties in the central Arkansas in the near future, but unfortunately my credit is in not high enough to get a traditional loan from a bank. Does anyone have any advice for funding properties in my situation in Arkansas? Thank you!

Talk to a broker. A good commercial broker will have access to private loans, hard money, etc., in addition to bank financing. You will need at least 20% down, though.
