Hey, everyone, I'm 24 years old I started to look to buy a 2 to 3 unit home in North Nj 4 months ago and was told I do not qualify for FHA because my unemployment gap was more than 6 months and my business income net decline 20%. the following

1. my credit score is 775

2. my savings is over 100k

3. I owe 0 student loans and have NO DEBT

4. I make with my new job starting 55k and with my online business 20k to 70k so that's 75k to 130k

I've done my research and read over 12 books. I know I'm ready now what I'm asking is would I still be able to get qualify this April for this year when I do my taxes? I passed everything else DTI and all other ratios I did well on. I will be house hacking this home. Please help with the answers.
