Help finding Private Money / Hard Money in Greensboro, NC

Hello BP, any recommendations on private money/ hard money in Greensboro, NC. I usually just wholesale properties because of the awesome system that I've set up. I found a deal that I really want to entertain flipping myself. This will be my first flip alone but I have overseen flips in the past.

I have this home under contract at more than 50% below it's tax value. This rehab is minimal, nothing mechanical to fix or replace (all cosmetics).

If anyone can guide me to people they have used in the past that are local, I will greatly appreciate it.

Don't tell me to search Google, we all know Google is powerful. I'm looking for local lender.

Thanks
