New to EVERYTHING how do I find Financing

Im brand new to bigger pockets and real estate investing in general. I want to make my first deal within the next 90 days and stubbled across auction.com and seen some great deals. I seen that the buyer must have cashier check on hand at time of buying. How do I get financing in a couple of days. This would be my first investment property. I have great credit. What do I do next??
