Just curious about the banks in the Nashville area that provide in-house or portfolio lending. I've talked to Franklin Synergy and they do some construction lending, any others that people have used for bank lending?

Depends on the loan you are looking for.

Cedarstone bank does portfolio loans.

I've heard good things about Franklin Synergy and Simmons although I haven't used either.

I've used Civic bank and trust for new construction loan-great bank
