Lending in Oregon

Does anyone have any suggestions or referrals for competitive loans for Oregon investment properties? I've tried Bank of Cascades and Oregon Pacific. Neither are competitive. So far, Flagstar and CitiMortgage are decent but Flagstar doesn't offer a portfolio loan. Thanks!
