Private Lending in South Puget Sound

Good morning, BP!

My name is Connor, and this is my first thread on BP. I'm doing a lot of reading and trying to educate myself on the strategies and tactics of real estate investing, and am looking to learn more about private lenders in the south Puget Sound area - Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater, Yelm, Centralia, Chehalis, Dupont, etc.

If you consider yourself a private lender, or can point me to someone who is, please send me a message. I really want to learn more about the parameters private lenders look for in deals, how they structure them, and along the way, hopefully make a few contacts for when I'm ready to make my first investment.

Thanks in advance!
