VA Small Business Loans

Because of some injuries while in the service, I believe I qualify for a small business loan through the VA. I would like to use this money as a means to get into the real estate game. I may be able to get up to $300k with a good business plan in place. I believe interest rates are capped at 2.25%. Does anyone have any experience with these types of loans? Any thoughts on my logic? Thanks!

VA loans, or in this case, Patriot Express Loans and Military Reservist Economic Injury Disaster Loans, are actually loan guarantees made available from the Small Business Administration to veterans or soldiers or their wives or widows who are going off to serve in the military or who have returned from their military service. They are not actually loans from the VA or Veterans Administration.
