HELOC Recommendations

We are in ESCROW right now for our first property here in the US. I am from the UK and now a US resident. My wife is a US citizen but has spent many years abroad and neither of us have any credit history here. We are paying cash for the house as we didn't get pre-qualified. We would like to setup a HELOC once we have the title to allow for a few upgrades. Our income is seasonal and this time of year funds tend to dry up (especially with relocation costs) - most of our funds we still earn abroad.

Any suggestions for companies that could help us out?
