Hi, my name is David Parker. I'm a fairly new investor in the Tulsa, OK area. I have an investment home that I bought from HUD sometime ago. I own it free and clear and need about $20K to rehab it. The ARV will be in the $90-100K range. I wanting to go the private money route to finance the repairs but I don't have any sources. If anyone has any sources that they can refer me to, especially in Oklahoma, I would appreciate the assistance. Thank you in advance!
