Lenders in St Louis

What unconventional or traditional lenders who service St. Louis will lend to an LLC? I am interested in a 4 plex with tenants and positive CF and want to put it into an LLC. I need a lender who will be willing to lend to an LLC with the subject property as it's only asset. Only an agent of the LLC will be signing any and all documentation. Anyone with experience and words of advice in performing such a transaction?
