Are there any lenders that will loan w/o an appraisal (AVM etc)

Does anyone know of a lender who can do a cash-out refinance that will not require a full appraisal (use AVM etc.)?

Yes. Provided the loan size is less than 1.5 Million.

It is always concerning when someone is trying to avoid a full appraisal . . . but I typically pull a full BPO, rather than an appraisal, to get the valuation I need. It's usually about 1/3 to 1/4 of the price of an appraisal too.

@Darren. Sure but I need to move quick on another property. In addition, I own it free and clear and only need $40k. Speed.....
