hi everyone,

I'm new to the site but i have been in  real estate for a bit, i am looking to lower the current rate i am paying for my private money my company has  5.73 million in private money over 22 properties in the Staten Island NY area. We do own more properties but those have been refinanced with a conventional bank. We are looking investor(s) who would like to receive a 8% interest only for(1-3 years) until we renovate and refinance the property.  All investors will have a First position mortgage that will be recorded. investments can be made on one, several, or all the properties.

if any one can help me find investors please feel free to reply  for more information

thank you

Jeffrey
