I was just wondering if anyone has used "The Funding Company" to obtain financing for investment property( SFH or multi-unit).

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Bringing this back to life, hoping someone sees this.  I too am curious if anyone used The Funding Company (www.tfcfunding.com)?
