I can buy a complex but not 1 unit??
why does it seem easier to get lending with a perfect FICO on commercial property in todays market than it is on a SFR? What are the tricks of this trade and how can I use my perfect score in order to achieve financing on larger projects? (I still need a low doc loan which I still plenty of as far as commercial is concerned...)
