Lending Advice for Canadian Citizen and US Citizen
Hi, I am a Canadian Citizen and my girlfriend is a US permanent resident. Does anyone if it is possible for us to get a owner occupied loan where in my girlfriend will be the resident of the home, and I as Canadian can also be on the mortgage application as well. I know there are lenders out there who offer mortgages to foreign Nationals but what we are looking for a is a bit unconventional. A lender who would finance a mortgage application with a US citizen and a Canadian Citizen on the application.
