Doctor 80-15-5 Mortgage in MA or 95% Jumbo. Who does it?

Hello,

So my wife and I are in the process of buying our first home. It will be our primary residence, it is located in MA. Everything is complete, P&S, appraisal, etc.

The home is appraised at the purchase price of $895,000. We have excellent credit >765, low debt, and excellent income. I am a doctor, which is relevant, as some lenders only do 5% for certain professions.

We ONLY wish to put down 5%.

So, my question is, who offers either 95% jumbos, or an 80-15-5 mortgage for this loan amount of $850,000????

All information appreciated.

We are NOT interested in options putting down more than 5%.
