Lenders who defer interest payments
Hi everyone,
I'm an investor in Nashville, TN wondering what lenders are out there that defer interest payments till the end of a new constructions for residential? Thanks in advance

I have a lender (Genesis Capital) who has done this for me a few times. They call it an "interest reserve"
Just looked on their website, not sure if they do loans in Nashville. Might be worth trying to call them.
