Looking for a bank in missouri Specializing in real estate. Our local banks don't like to lend on the real estate more than an hour away. What is the Key to finding a bank that likes to deal in real estate

@Brent Horst

Key is risk - any lender whether a bank or private lender wants to preserve capital and make money but at what risk.

If you have a deal requiring 50-60% debt every bank will like you, if you need 90% financing no bank will like you.

It depends on what your bringing to the table
