LLC vs Individual loan

Excited to invest in my first property! I understand that having a property under an LLC is wise. However, I cannot seem to get a business loan for it, given that it has no revenue since I don't have a property for it yet. I keep going in circles and wonder how to finally get a property under an LLC if I can only get loans for myself. I am probably missing something but I have been stumped for some time now.

Thank you

Note: if you have any sources/directions that could educate me on this, id gladly read them.

You can actually close in an LLC now without having to use the business income. You can use DSCR or a true Portfolio Program that allows you to close in an LLC. DSCR is going to have a higher rate and a prepayment penalty versus portfolio that carries No prepay and a lower rate.
