Having a Money Plan First
This may sound crazy but.....
For all the new Investors and some well seasoned. You need to have a few lenders on your team that can provide guidance to you on financing your deals. Know what you are good at and build your team around that. Having a "How am I going to finance this deal" person in your corner should be top of the list of team members. Just food for thought.
