Construction Loan for ATL Townhouses Owner Occupied

Hi I’m working on a new construction project in Atlanta where the lot will have two adjoined townhouses. I’m looking to finance this with a partner where we can each own one as a primary residence and use conventional construction financing. Does someone know of a company and product that supports this?
