Qualify for a mortgage?
Hey everyone,
I have a job that pays me cash on weekly and in a year or so I want to buy a house but my main concern is I get paid in cash. I do deposit the check/cash into my account every week.
Would I have a much more difficult time getting a loan apposed to have a W2 income? Do banks care or long as I have bank statements showing for a couple years they will treat me the same?
