Jumbo loans for beac house investment

I have an interest in two beach homes that have really strong income history. Even with that being considered interest rates for jumbo loans are making the financing tough. Is anyone familiar with a a product and lender that might be a good fit? My plan is to 1031 exchange from another investment that will close soon. Both properties are in the 1.2-1.3 range.
