@Rodrigo Santano ...watch the shopping.  There are only so many lenders in the space who can actually perform on what you're asking for.  Most of these lenders will have higher rates to offset the risk for 30 yr fixed.  Usually leverage is a kicker - need more down payment or equity (if refi) to make a deal work.  Just my $0.02.  Reach out if need more.
