Hoping to Build Relationship and find Partners!

Hello dear BP members:

Acquired our first investment property in Indy and looking for further acquisitions! However, we would love to build relationships with other investors and hope to build strong partnerships further.  We are located in San Diego ourselves and while I was looking for more "person-to-person" networking, I find more "online" versions due to Covid which I don't particularly like. I am more of "real" meet-ups with safety precautions given a pandemic.  Does anyone recommend any particular meetings or in general, how to find people for partnerships?

I know it takes time and we would love to start now as our plans are big. We would love to find people alike!
